The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing and driving the branch’s sales performance in line with business goals. The role requires leadership in managing sales of Investments and Third-Party Insurance products. Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Drive branch sales for Investments and third party insurance products.
- Achieve branch sales targets and KPIs set by management.
- Develop and execute localized sales strategies and marketing activities.
- Conduct investor awareness campaigns and sales presentations.
Team Management
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of Customer Relation Executives & Business Development Executives.
- Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and implement performance improvement plans.

Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and high-net-worth individuals (HNIs).
- Resolve customer grievances promptly and professionally.

Operations & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to internal processes, regulatory requirements, and audit norms.
- Monitor branch documentation, transaction processing, and reporting accuracy.
- Maintain MIS and dashboards for regular reporting to senior management.

Job Summary:
The Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) plays a key supporting role in leading the branch’s sales and operational functions. The ABM will focus on driving business through the sale of Investments and Third-Party Insurance products, while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, team productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Assist the Branch Manager in achieving sales targets for investments and third party insurance products.
- Drive sales through lead generation, client meetings, and product promotion.
- Support the branch team in identifying and converting high-potential prospects.
Team Supervision & Training
- Guide and mentor Customer Relationship Executives and Sales Officers.
- Monitor individual and team performance, ensuring target alignment.
- Conduct product training and sales technique workshops for junior staff.
Customer Relationship Management
- Handle key client accounts and high-value transactions.
- Resolve escalated customer queries and grievances efficiently.
- Support client retention and upselling initiatives through relationship building.
Operational Support
- Assist with daily branch operations including compliance, documentation, audits, and reporting.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain accurate MIS, sales reports, and client records.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure all sales are backed by proper documentation and follow government norms.
- Monitor regulatory compliance and internal process adherence.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Target Achievement
- Identify and acquire new customers through cold calling, referrals, and walk-ins.
- Promote and sell investments and third party insurance products.
- Meet or exceed individual monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with clients.
- Conduct customer follow-ups, renewals, and upselling activities.
- Handle client queries and service-related requests professionally and promptly.
Lead Generation & Conversion
- Maintain and nurture a pipeline of prospective clients.
- Convert leads generated through marketing campaigns, walk-ins, or outbound calls.
Product Knowledge & Advisory
- Provide clients with product knowledge, investment insights, and risk profiling support.
- Ensure clients are aware of the product benefits, risks, and features.
Documentation & Compliance
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of customer application forms and documentation.
- Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, government norms.
